Dashboard shown when a user first logs in to the admin

Name	Visibility	Description
firstRun	private (static)	Show the "first run" message, which welcomes new operators to the admin
moderationButton	private (static)	A button to moderate content, if there is actually content to moderate
needApproval	private (static)	A list of "need approval" pages currently in the system
newContent	private (static)	A list of new content (pages, files, etc)
render	public (static)	Render the admin dashboard
