Updates tags for a given record

Usage

bool Tags::update ( string $table , int $record_id , array $new_tags [, bool $remove ] );

Arguments

string $table

The table name of the record which is being updated

int $record_id

The record to update

array $new_tags
```
Array of tag names of the new tags

bool $remove = TRUE

Should removals be processed? Set to FALSE to only add tags. Default true.
