Arguments

1. array $val
   

   The value

2. string $table
   

   The DB table which contains the SET column

3. string $col
   

   The SET column

Exceptions thrown

• Exception
  

  If the data isn't an array or the column isn't an ENUM or SET

• ValidationException
  

  If item is too short or too long

Return value

• void
